You apply blastpatch to an adjacent unoccupied square. When a creature moves into that square, the blastpatch makes an attack against the creature as an immediate reaction: +7 vs. Reflex; on a hit, the target takes damage and suffers effects depending on the blastpatch:
Firepatch—2d8 fire damage.
Icepatch—1d8 cold damage, and the target is immobilized until the beginning of its next turn.
Shockpatch—1d8 lightning damage, and the target grants combat advantage until the end of its next turn. Blastpatch can be detected with a DC 20 Perception check. A creature that flies or jumps over the square does not trigger the blastpatch.
