Effect: You make the following attack.
Target: One creature
Attack: Dexterity vs. Reflex
Hit: 3d8 + Dexterity modifier poison damage.
Miss: Half damage.
Effect: The target is dazed (save ends).
Each Failed Saving Throw: Nondeafened creatures adjacent to the target take 10 psychic damage.
Special: If the DM allows it, a creature reduced to 0 hit points by this poison is not killed, but is instead driven permanently insane.
