Chain Slam (standard, at-will) Weapon

This attack can be used only against a creature restrained by wrapping chain. The troll swings the chain that has snared its target, and slams the creature against the ground. Move the target to any square within 5 of the troll and make an attack; +18 vs Fortitude; 4d8+6 damage, and the target is knocked prone. Effect: The target is no longer restrained.
