Hit: 3d10 + 11 damage, and the target is slowed until the end of the azer’s next turn. In addition, another enemy in the azer’s aura takes 10 fire and necrotic damage.

Triggered Actions

Blackguard's Vengeance Recharge if the battleaxe attack for this power misses

Trigger: An adjacent enemy hits the bloodied azer with an attack.

Effect (Free Action): The azer uses battleaxe on the triggering enemy, and if the attack hits, the ongoing fire and necrotic damage is 15 instead of 5.
