Attack: Area burst 1 within 10 (creatures in the burst); +24 vs. Reflex. This attack does not provoke opportunity attacks.

Hit: 3d8 + 16 lightning damage.

Effect: The burst creates a zone that lasts until the end of Blibdoolpoolp’s next turn. While in the zone, any enemy grants combat advantage and takes a -2 penalty to attack rolls, and the first time each turn that any given enemy leaves the zone, it takes 15 thunder damage.

Fury of the Sea Mother At-Will

Effect: Blibdoolpoolp uses claw twice and call lightning once.
