Hit: The skin-dancer assumes the form of the target, and can immediately teleport itself and the target, swapping places. Creatures must make a DC 28 Insight check to distinguish between the skin-dancer and the target. The effect ends after the skin-dancer makes an attack or at the end of the encounter.

Effect: The skin-dancer alters its physical form to appear as a Medium humanoid until it uses this power again or until it drops to 0 hit points. To assume a specific individual’s form, the skin-dancer must have seen that individual. Other creatures can make a DC 28 Insight check to discern that the form is a disguise.
