Attack: +7 vs. WillHit: 1d8 + 3 psychic damage, and a wisp wraith appears in an unoccupied square adjacent to the target. The sorrowstone can create only a single wisp wraith from any one living creature. A creature whose negative emotions have already fueled the creation of a wisp wraith still suffers psychic damage from the sorrowstone’s attack.Countermeasures The sorrowstone can be attacked (AC 14, Fortitude 10; hp 60). When the hazard is reduced below half its starting hit points, it can no longer create wisp wraiths. When the hazard is reduced to 0 hit points, it is destroyed.
